About the role
Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Psychotherapist to join our dynamic mental health team.
This is a contracted role for LCPCs and LCSWs only. Income is based on hours worked and revenue generated.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive therapeutic services to individuals, families, and/or couples facing a wide range of mental health challenges. Your expertise will help clients achieve emotional well-being, develop coping strategies, and foster resilience. You will play a vital role in creating a supportive environment that promotes healing and growth through evidence-based practices and compassionate care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs.
- Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing various therapeutic modalities.
- Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions to address emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns.
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) accurately and securely to document client progress and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for clients, such as medication management or academic professionals.
- Support clients in developing coping skills and strategies tailored to their unique needs.
Skills
- Proven experience working with individuals, couples, and families.
- Strong understanding of patient care principles and counseling techniques.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) management for accurate documentation.
- Knowledge of psychopharmacology and its application within therapeutic settings.
- Ability to address multiple issues sensitively and effectively.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with disabilities or neurodiverse conditions.
- Excellent communication skills combined with a compassionate approach to client care.
