Psychotherapist / CSW / LCSW / ACMHC / CMHC

We are looking for a skilled and passionate therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is experienced in working with children and teens and is trained (or interested in being trained) in trauma-focused modalities such as TF-CBT, EMDR, or IFS. You’ll be part of a supportive team where clinical excellence, flexibility, and work-life balance are prioritized.

You do work with people across the lifespan, but more than half of your clients will be under age 18.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy to children, teens, and adults
• Maintain a consistent caseload with flexible scheduling
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely and compliant manner
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and consultation groups
• Collaborate with school staff, physicians, and community partners when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
