Summary

As a Psychotherapist at the Center for Therapeutic Services & Psychodiagnostics, you will play a vital role in delivering therapeutic support to clients facing various challenges. This position is essential in fostering mental well-being and enhancing the quality of life for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to address clients' mental health needs.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide grief counseling and support for clients coping with loss or trauma.
• Engage in motivational interviewing techniques to encourage client progress.
• Assess and evaluate client needs through diagnostic evaluations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Offer telehealth services as needed to accommodate client preferences.
• Participate in community training and educational programs to promote mental health awareness.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Licensed or certified as a psychotherapist or counselor in the relevant state.
• Experience in grief counseling and working with diverse populations including individuals with disabilities and autism.
• Strong skills in motivational interviewing and diagnostic evaluation techniques.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and practices is preferred.
• Ability to conduct clinical research is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
