A Center for Healing is a well established virtual practice offering psychotherapy services to New Jersey and New York residents. We are growing and expanding our services to include individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. We are looking for clinicians who have experience with adults, children, and adolescence. We have a steady stream of referrals. The therapists at A Center for Healing have the opportunity to work in an environment that is fun, professional, positive, and supports the unique needs of each clinician.

We are looking for clinicians who have experience in evidence based-practices such as CBT, DBT, SE, and/or IFS, but other evidence based practices are welcomed! If you are looking to grow your clinical skills, create your own schedule, work from the convenience of your own home, and be properly compensated for your time and skillset, this might be the right fit for you!

Requirements

• Must have New Jersey and or New York State LMSW or LCSW
• Required minimum of 10 hours per week
• Maximum of 15 hours per week
• We are hiring fee-for-service outpatient mental health clinicians
• Have basic knowledge of assessing for suicidality, self-harm, and safety-planning

• Some evening availability

Salary

• Independent Contractor
• $47-$60 per hour (depending on clinical experience)

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based interventions and psychotherapy in each session.
• Attend periodic supervision appointments (flexible schedule).
• Document history, assessments, treatment plans, intake assessments, and interventions to reflect comprehensive, and integrative approach to patient care.
• Ensures complete and timely documentation in the electronic medical record for all patients.
• Attends team meetings and or case conferences (flexible schedule).
