With two locations in Algonquin and Inverness and a team of approximately 25 behavioral health professionals, we are expanding and seeking experienced clinicians interested in taking the next step in their careers.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

• A master’s or doctoral degree from an accredited university or college in psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychiatry, or a related behavioral health discipline
• Appropriate Illinois professional licensure or eligibility consistent with the position
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to providing high-quality outpatient behavioral healthcare

ProActive Behavioral Services Experience. Professional support. Compensation that recognizes your value.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children, youth, and families.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy (e.g., CBT, psychodynamic, family therapy) and crisis intervention as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, track progress, and ensure compliance with EMR/EHR systems and CPT coding.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to support co-occurring disorders and developmental needs.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness, adjust interventions, and provide ongoing patient and caregiver education.
