Job Overview

The PLPC (Professional Licensed Professional Counselor) plays a vital role in providing mental health support and guidance to clients. Duties

• Conduct initial assessments to determine client needs and establish rapport.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed, ensuring client safety and well-being.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health counseling.
