We provide counseling services in person and virtually to clients across Connecticut, and we're proud to offer both W2 and 1099 positions so you can choose the arrangement that fits your goals.

What Working at Mindset Time Looks Like

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions with clients
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques
- Maintain clinical records in accordance with Medicaid and licensing requirements
Requirements
- Master's degree in Counseling or related mental health field, eligible for CT state licensure
- Valid license as a Professional Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or LPCA
- Minimum 1 year of post-graduate experience in the mental health field
- Individual liability insurance maintained
Our office is located in a professional building in Enfield, CT, with hybrid remote flexibility.
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time (W2 or 1099)
Pay: $40.00–$70.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 15–25 per week
