Part-Time Licensed Clinician (Hybrid)

At Coastal Connecticut Counseling, we believe therapy should feel human, for both our clients and our clinicians. Everything we do is grounded in compassion, connection, and community, and we’re looking for a fully licensed clinician who shares those values and feels drawn to working with individuals, couples, parenting concerns, and family dynamics.

This is a part-time hybrid position with a minimum expectation of 12 billable client hours per week. Because many of the clients seeking these services need appointments outside of traditional work and school hours, we are specifically looking for a clinician who can offer afternoon, evening, and/or weekend availability to accommodate client schedules.

You’ll have flexibility in creating a schedule that works for your life while maintaining consistent availability for your clients. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, managing their schedule thoughtfully, and providing dependable, high-quality care.

What We’re Looking For

• Fully licensed Connecticut clinician: LCSW, LPC, LMFT
• Experience and interest in working with individuals, couples, parenting concerns, and family systems
• Availability for afternoon, evening, and/or weekend appointments
• Ability to maintain a minimum of 12 billable client hours per week
• Strong communication, reliability, organization, and follow-through
• Ability to manage your schedule independently while maintaining consistent, high-quality client care
• Someone who leads with compassion and values being part of a connected, community-driven practice

Schedule

• Part-time
• Minimum of 12 billable client hours per week
• Hybrid combination of in-person and telehealth
• Afternoon, evening, and/or weekend availability required based on client needs
• Flexibility to develop a consistent schedule that works for both you and your clients

Compensation

• Hourly position starting at $60 per billable client hour based on certifications and experience.
