Private Practice Hiring (LGPC, LCPC, LCSW, LCSW-C) Hybrid Full/Part Time

Resolution Services, Inc was founded in 2007 as a small private practice specializing in Mediation, Parenting Coordination, Custody evaluations, Group and Individual counseling. We have grown over the years to encompass Education & Trainings along with multiple therapeutic services.

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Maryland clinician to join our team as an independent contractor. This position is ideal for clinicians who enjoy the clinical aspects of therapy and prefer to spend their time supporting clients rather than managing the administrative responsibilities of private practice.

This is a flexible-schedule opportunity. If you are just starting your career and need supervision or an established therapist looking for administrative services, we can provide both. Our goal is to provide clients with the space that works best for them. We provide private and group spaces for in person sessions along with remote tele health. We also have opportunities to create and teach educational programs to support our local community.

Qualifications

Candidates must:

• Hold an active and unrestricted Maryland License (LGPC, LCPC, LCSW, LCSW-C)
• Be able to practice independently (We can provide supervision if need)
• Have no history of disciplinary action from their professional licensing board.
• Maintain an active individual professional liability insurance policy.
• Have access to a personal laptop or computer with audio/video capabilities and reliable internet service.

Compensation & Benefits

Please note that this is a 1099 independent contractor position. Health insurance, paid time off, and other employee benefits are not provided.

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
