If you've recently graduated or are beginning your career as a therapist, congratulations, we know you've worked incredibly hard to get here!
We also know that the transition from graduate school into real-world clinical practice can feel exciting, overwhelming, and sometimes a little intimidating.
That's why Coastal was built to be more than just a place to work. We strive to be a place where new clinicians develop confidence, discover their clinical voice, and grow into the therapist they want to become.
You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients while never feeling like you're expected to figure everything out on your own.
At Coastal, questions are encouraged, consultation is expected and growth is celebrated.
Our experienced supervisors and leadership team are invested in helping you develop strong clinical judgment, navigate difficult cases, strengthen documentation, and build the confidence that only comes through support and experience.
Every full-time Clinician I receives dedicated individual supervision, discipline-specific group supervision, weekly clinical consultation, and ongoing mentorship because we believe the best clinicians are developed, not rushed.
