Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Pre-Licensed Therapists to join our team. The ideal candidate has recently completed a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or a related field, and is in the beginning stages of seeking licensure as an LMFT or LPCC. Candidates with experience and a special interest in working with children, adolescents, and families are preferred.

We're looking for candidates who are driven to become effective and proficient in their work. You will work closely with a seasoned therapist with over 20 years of practice experience and be trained in the therapeutic modalities and skills needed to confidently build your own practice — helping clients navigate their mental health challenges and move toward the life they want to live.

This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups in a supportive clinic environment. The position is hybrid, with a mix of in-person and virtual client sessions.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals
  • Provide psychotherapy, building toward a caseload of up to 26 client hours per week
  • Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records and manage documentation through our EHR system, in compliance with legal and ethical standards
  • Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary to ensure client safety
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for case management and integrated care
  • Stay current on new and effective therapeutic modalities for the benefit of clients
  • Attend weekly supervision and case consultation meetings, 2-3 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or a related field
  • Currently registered (or in process of registering) as an Associate actively pursuing LMFT or LPCC licensure
  • Practicum, internship, or equivalent experience in a therapeutic setting
  • Willingness to learn and grow under the supervision of a veteran therapist of 20+ years
  • Exposure to or coursework in crisis intervention
  • Ability to work with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and families
  • Working knowledge of, or willingness to learn, clinical documentation and terminology
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setting (in-person and telehealth)

What We Offer

  • One-on-one supervision and mentorship from a therapist with 20+ years of experience
  • Structured training in clinical modalities and practice-building skills
  • Hybrid work flexibility
  • Supportive clinic environment focused on professional growth
  • Pathway toward full licensure and independent practice

How to Apply

Interested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter describing their clinical interests and experience working with children, adolescents, or families.

Join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those seeking support in their mental health journey.

Note: This position is intended for candidates pursuing LMFT or LPCC licensure. This role is not applicable to LCSW/ASW candidates, as licensure requirements and supervision structures differ.
