Position Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and motivated psychotherapist (licensed or unlicensed) to join our growing team. This position offers flexibility for in-person, 100% remote, or hybrid scheduling. The ideal candidate values interdisciplinary collaboration and provides psychotherapy that honors both the science and the art of healing. We offer board approved supervisors for both LPCC and LMFT licensure tracks.

Clinic: Optimal Brain MN Clinic is a multidisciplinary clinic offering neuropsychological evaluations, psychological evaluations, teleNeuropsych and teleADHD evaluations, psychiatry, psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, dietitian, and Spravato treatments, all with a common goal, optimal brain health—improved cognitive, emotional, and social health.
We accept most major insurance to include BCBS, Health Partners, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, UCare, Hennepin Health, Medicare, and Medicaid.

Ideal Candidate
- Licensed or working towards licensure in MN.
- Strong commitment to client-centered care and ethical practice.
- Malpractice insurance (or willing to obtain)
- Strong clinical judgment and ethical standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own practice efficiently
- Passion for providing high-quality care within a collaborative model
