Job description:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Pre-Licensed Therapist (CSW, ACMHC, or AMFT) to join our growing mental health team. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, collaborative work culture, and competitive hourly compensation. Responsibilities
- Provide therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families.
- Conduct clinical assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
- Use evidence-based practices to support clients managing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other emotional concerns.
- Collaborate with licensed clinicians and supervisors as part of a coordinated care approach.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with professional and legal standards.
- Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and case consultations.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current Utah licensure as a CSW, ACMHC, or AMFT.
- Experience (including internships or practicum) working with a variety of mental health issues.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while receiving supervision.
