The Role

This is a 100% remote, telehealth position. You will provide individual therapy to a diverse range of adult clients, focusing on evidence-based practices. As an LPCC or MFTC at Clear Mind Therapy, you will receive consistent, high-quality clinical supervision that counts toward your permanent licensure.

Caseload Growth & Expectations

• Schedule Buildup: This position starts with 0–5 clients. We anticipate a gradual build-up to a full-time caseload (20–25 clients) over a period of 1-3 months.
• Ideal Candidate: This role is a perfect fit for a pre-licensed clinician looking for high-quality supervision and a long-term home in private practice.

Requirements

• Licensure: Must hold a current, valid MFTC or LPCC registration in good standing with the Colorado DORA.
• Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling or a related field.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using EHR systems and HIPAA-compliant video platforms. Must have reliable high-speed internet and a private, HIPAA-compliant space for sessions.
• Professionalism and Team Player: Easy-going, flexible and can-do attitude. Strong communication skills and a commitment to clinical excellence and ethical practice.

Compensation Structure

• Clinical (Billable) Rate: $38 per hour.
• Administrative/Supervision Rate: we pay you $20.00 per hour for required clinical supervision and administrative meetings.

Duties

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems to accurately identify client needs.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities
• Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with client goals and clinical best practices while maintaining detailed medical documentation compliant with HIPAA regulations.
• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to ensure seamless patient care, including scheduling sessions, documenting progress notes, and managing electronic medical records.

Skills

• Evidence-based modalities and psychotherapy techniques such as CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, IFS, EFT, etc.
• Familiarity with telehealth and delivering remote patient care effectively
• Exceptional client communication and rapport
• Clinical documentation and HIPAA compliance
