About the Role

We are currently seeking post-master’s clinicians with an M.Ed., M.S., or M.A. who are actively pursuing LMHC licensure in Massachusetts.

You will provide virtual psychotherapy to clients throughout Massachusetts while receiving the supervision, consultation, and practice support needed to continue developing as a clinician.

We want our therapists to have autonomy in their work while still feeling connected to a supportive clinical team.

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related clinical field
• Currently pursuing LMHC licensure in Massachusetts
• Must reside in Massachusetts
• Comfortable working with a range of clinical presentations
• Experience providing individual therapy
• Experience working with adolescents and adults
• Couples or family therapy experience is a plus
• Strong ability to build rapport and therapeutic relationships
• Dependable, motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Basic comfort with technology and telehealth platforms

Preferred Experience

• 1–2 years of clinical experience
• Commitment to continued professional development
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Interest in growing clinically within a private-practice setting
