About the role
Empowered Living Collective is a private practice entity that provides culturally responsive therapy and assessment for kids, teens, and adults. We currently offer both in-person and telehealth services for clients.
We are currently seeking a pre-licensed or licensed clinician to provide counseling services specializing in one or more of the following:
- Neurodiversity (ADHD, Autism, etc)
- Children and teens
- Family counseling
- Couples counseling
- Bilingual counseling

Looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about providing counseling services to one of our specialty populations (listed above)
- Pre-licensed status (MSW, LPCC, MFT, Psychologist candidate) or Licensed (LMFT, LPC, Licensed Psychologist, LCSW)
- Feels comfortable working independently
- Wants to be part of a group practice community
- Has strong problem solving skills
- Has strong communication skills
- Is proficient with google workspace
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a caseload and conduct at least 15 sessions weekly
- Available to see clients in-person in our office at least part time
- Work with clients around a variety of challenges
- Complete documentation and notes in a timely fashion
- Potential to supervise pre-licensed and intern therapists
