Job Summary

Headwaters Behavioral health, PLLC is a private mental health practice serving clients in Three Forks, MT and surrounding communities.

We are a group of mental health professionals who believe in giving the highest quality care to our clients, specializing in behavioral issues as a result of anxiety, depression and trauma that interfere with life functioning

We want to provide mental health services that meet the needs of our community and change the conversation about mental health so people feel comfortable getting the help they need.

We are currently expanding and now seeking pre-licensed clinicians who have a specialty that fits to address the various needs of the Three Forks community. Currently, we are accepting resumes for:

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, including modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, behavioral therapy.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols to ensure client safety.
• Engage in patient care activities including medical documentation, maintaining HIPAA compliance, and accurate medical records management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on case management plans and coordinate services for clients across inpatient, outpatient, and telehealth settings.
• Maintain professional development through ongoing training in medical terminology, ICD coding updates, CPT coding, and social work practices.
• Adhere to all regulatory standards related to mental health counseling and medical documentation.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently obtained licensure as a mental health clinician or counselor (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Obtained Master's Degree and Pre-licensed number with governing board.
• Willingness to work with kids, couples and families
• Experience or training in psychotherapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, couples therapy and/or EMDR.
• Knowledge of ICD-9/ICD-10/ICD coding systems and CPT coding for documentation purposes.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling techniques.
• Strong skills in crisis intervention, crisis management, behavior management, and working with individuals with disabilities or developmental disorders.
• Experience working with children, pediatrics, geriatrics, or special education populations is preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations involving trauma or grief with professionalism and compassion.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance and safeguarding patient confidentiality. This position offers a rewarding opportunity for emerging clinicians committed to making a positive impact on clients' mental health while developing their professional expertise within a supportive environment.

We offer positions, W2 employment with opportunity to gain experience and clinical hours working in a community based private practice. We have openings for either full time or part time clinicians with preferred availability in person on Wednesdays and Fridays with flexible hours, times and days for telehealth appointments. Part time commitment is 15 client hours per week and full time is 30 clients per week.

Administrative pay is $20/hour for completing notes, attending trainings and supervision and billable hours are paid at $45/hour.

This position requires you to be available in person in Three Forks, MT at least 2 days/ week and commit to a few hours in the evening.
