Pre-Licensed LPCC Candidate - Clinical Supervisee Positions and Internships

Job Summary

We are seeking LPCC interns or pre-licensed psychotherapists who are on their LPCC track to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and families.

Duties

• Conduct therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families

• Develop treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations

• Provide psychotherapy services to address a range of mental health issues

• Potentially Offer Christian counseling (if this aligns with your values) services for clients seeking faith-based therapy

• Engage in case management activities to coordinate care with other healthcare professionals

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs

• Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to support clients in making positive changes

Qualifications

• Working toward a Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or related field

• Proficiency or willingness to provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families

• Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation tools and treatment planning

• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques

Pay: $30,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
