First Resilience, LLC is a dedicated mental health practice committed to serving those who serve others. We are excited to be expanding our Salem, NH team. We specialize in individual and couples counseling for first responders, veterans, air traffic controllers, doctors and nurses through compassionate, evidence-based therapy. We are adding a child/adolescent therapist to work with the family members of our front line workers. We uphold the highest standards of professionalism, dedication, and punctuality in providing mental health care to those facing unique stressors and challenges.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a pre-licensed or licensed counselor who is passionate about working with children and adolescents. These clients will be the family members of those in front line positions. The ideal candidate is professional, hardworking, and dedicated to making a difference and is strong in working with children and adolescents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide therapy to children and adolescents in a Private Practice setting.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with company and ethical guidelines.
- Work schedules are flexible and can be determined at time of employment.
- Attend team meetings, case consultations, and training as required.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and confidentiality in all client interactions.
Qualifications
For Licensed Therapists:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active state licensure (LCMHC, LICSW, LMFT, MLADC, PsyD, PhD)
- Availability to work 2-5 days a week, some evening work required due to the schedules of the clients.
- Experience working with first responders, veterans, or high-stress professions is a plus. In understanding this clientele, you will better understand the children we work with.

Pay: $38.00 - $65.00 per hour
