Pre-Licensed Clinician

We are seeking a motivated, compassionate pre-licensed therapist to join our growing private practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician looking to build a caseload while receiving supervision in a supportive practice setting with flexibility and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
• Develop treatment plans and maintain accurate progress notes
• Collaborate with other providers as appropriate
• Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with state licensing regulations

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
• Eligible for or actively working toward New Hampshire clinical licensure (MLADC, LCMHC Candidate, LICSW Associate, LMFT Associate, etc., as applicable)
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
• Passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based care

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship concerns
• Training or interest in trauma-informed care, EMDR, or DBT
• Evening availability is a plus

Compensation

Competitive fee-for-service compensation based on completed sessions.

• Hybrid schedule (in-office and telehealth)
• Evening and/or weekend availability welcomed but not required
