Richer Soil Counseling LLC, a psychotherapy practice in Central Massachusetts, is seeking a compassionate pre-licensed therapist for our Holden office. We're especially looking for child and adolescent therapists, play therapists, and art therapists passionate about working with kids, teens, and families, while also open to a caseload that includes adults.

This is a part-time, in-office position at our Holden location, including weekly supervision toward licensure.

Schedule

Wednesday 9am-6pm; Friday, 10am-6pm; Saturday, 9am-4pm plus flexible administrative time. Total: approximately 23-25 hours/week.

Pay

$50-70/hr for clinical sessions plus benefits

Requirements

• Must live in Massachusetts and be actively working toward independent licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT track)
• Training or experience with family systems, play therapy, TF-CBT, DBT, or expressive arts therapy preferred, or openness to learning with our clinical supervisor
• Neurodiversity- and LGBTQIA+-affirming
• Available for the above Wednesday/Friday/Saturday schedule at our Holden office
