Polish-Speaking Therapist ( LCPC , LCSW)

Talk to Wes LLC is a growing outpatient psychotherapy practice in Lombard, Illinois. We are looking for a compassionate Polish-speaking therapist who enjoys working with children, adolescents, adults, and families and wants to grow alongside a supportive and expanding practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician seeking flexibility, steady referrals, clinical support, and long-term growth potential.

What You'll Do
Provide therapy services to:
- Children (ages 3+)
- Adolescents
- Adults - OPTIONAL
- Families
- Therapy groups (optional opportunity)
Presenting concerns may include:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- ADHD
- Behavioral concerns
- Emotional regulation difficulties
- Trauma
- Family and relationship challenges
- Autism Spectrum Disorder - HIGH FUNCTIONING

Qualifications
- Active Illinois LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or related license
- Fluency in Polish and English
- Interest in working with children, teens, and families
- Strong clinical documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and professionally
Schedule
Part-time with strong potential for a full-time caseload.
During the day, afternoon, evening, Saturday availability preferred due to client demand.
