InnerCalm Wellness is seeking a contract Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our New Jersey clinic. This role will start at one day per week, with the opportunity to add additional days as patient demand grows.

This position is well suited for a clinician who enjoys working with complex, treatment-resistant cases in a supportive, well-run specialty practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy to adult patients
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical team members
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in treatment planning for patients receiving advanced interventions
• Maintain ethical and professional standards per NJ licensure requirements

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey license required (LPC, LCSW, or LMHC)
• Experience treating depression and anxiety required (OCD experience a plus)
• Comfortable working with complex or treatment-resistant presentations
• Strong communication and clinical judgment
• Ability to work independently in a contract (1099) role
