About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate full-time Pediatric and Adolescent Therapists to join our clinical team on-site supporting one of Emerald’s primary care partners. In this role, you will work directly with children, teens, and their families to provide high-quality mental health care and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Independently Licensed Therapists, Counselors AND Dependently Licensed Social Workers, are needed to help support our programmatic growth, providing assessments, safety planning, treatment/discharge planning, and individual therapy.
Independently Licensed Therapists, Counselors Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling
- Minimum of 2 years experience in direct patient care
- LISW, LPCC, or LCSW licensed in Ohio
- Must have experience in treating mental health with evidenced based interventions (CBT, DBT, MI, etc.)
- Ability to utilize appropriate technology for telehealth and documentation in electronic record
- Must be independent, organized, flexible and work well with team members
- Must be able to pass a BCI and FBI background check and have no history of malpractice claim, felony, misdemeanor, loss of licensure or other disqualifying factors.
Independently Licensed Therapists, Counselors Responsibilities include
- Biopsychosocial Assessment
- Development of treatment plans and updates
- Safety Planning
- Transition/Discharge Planning
- Individual therapy
- Collaboration with community providers and referral sources
- Facilitation of patient referral to appropriate community-based services
Dependent Licensed Therapists
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- LSW licensed in Ohio
- Actively be pursuing Independent Licensure
- Must adhere to Ohio law supervision requirements while under clinical and training supervision
- Regularly attend scheduled supervision hours
- Must have experience in treating mental health with evidenced based interventions (CBT, DBT, MI, etc.)
- Ability to utilize appropriate technology for telehealth and documentation in electronic record
- Must be independent, organized, flexible and work well with team members
- Must be able to pass a BCI and FBI background check and have no history of malpractice claim, felony, misdemeanor, loss of licensure or other disqualifying factors.
Dependent Licensed Therapists Responsibilities include

- Telehealth therapy

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
