Total Health Concepts is a well-established, holistic private practice with 35+ years of experience providing innovative, trauma-informed mental health care. We are seeking licensed and license-eligible clinicians to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

We specialize in treating the whole person and family system, integrating emotional, relational, and body-based approaches to support lasting change.

Who This Role Is For

• Experienced clinicians seeking a supportive practice with strong infrastructure and clinical autonomy
• License Eligible Supervisees who have at least 1 year of post-grad experience working with clients in an individual setting.

Requirements

• Virginia License-eligible or licensed LCSW
• Interest in trauma-informed, holistic, or relational work
• Desire for continued professional growth and specialization
• Evening or weekend availability required and in-person (Vienna, Virginia)
• W-2 and 1099 positions available - offered rate dependent upon employee status (W2 or 1099), licensure and experience.
