PART TIME Private Practice LMSW, LMFT-A, LPC-A for children and families
Coastal Connecticut Counseling
About the role
If you've recently graduated or are beginning your career as a therapist, congratulations—we know how much dedication it took to get here.
We also know that the transition from graduate school into clinical practice can feel exciting, overwhelming, and sometimes a little intimidating. At Coastal Connecticut Counseling, we believe every exceptional clinician starts with a strong foundation of support, mentorship, and hands-on experience.
Our Part-Time Clinician I position is designed for provisionally licensed clinicians who are eager to build confidence in their clinical skills while developing their own therapeutic style. You'll have the opportunity to work with clients while receiving the guidance, supervision, and encouragement needed to grow into a confident, ethical, and compassionate clinician.
At Coastal, you'll never be expected to figure it all out on your own. Questions are encouraged, consultation is part of our culture, and we believe the best clinicians are developed through collaboration, curiosity, and lifelong learning.
