About the role
Do you believe that mental and physical health go hand in hand? Are you passionate about helping people create lasting change instead of simply managing symptoms? If so, we'd love to meet you.
Our practice is growing, and we're looking for a part-time therapist who is committed to clinical excellence, values personal wellness, and wants to be part of a collaborative, high-performing team.

- Is an LPC-Associate or LMSW actively working toward full licensure, or is already fully licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.).
- Is available to work some evening hours and/or Saturdays.
- Is self-motivated, dependable, and takes ownership of their work.
- Genuinely values health, fitness, and personal wellness as part of a balanced lifestyle.
- Enjoys learning, welcomes feedback, and strives for continual professional growth.
- Builds strong therapeutic relationships while maintaining excellent clinical standards.
- Is a positive team member who contributes solutions and supports a healthy workplace culture.

This May Not Be the Right Fit If You...
- Prefer frequent supervision around day-to-day responsibilities rather than working independently.
- Often focus on problems without working toward solutions.
- Resist feedback or ongoing professional development.
- Are looking for a position with highly flexible scheduling that cannot consistently include evenings or Saturdays.
- Do not value teamwork, accountability, or maintaining a positive work environment.
