Part-Time Mental Health Therapist (LGPC / LCSW-C / LCPC / LMFT)

Job Summary
Elevate Mental Wellness is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Part-Time Mental Health Therapist to join our growing outpatient mental health practice.
We welcome both early-career and experienced clinicians. Whether you are an LGPC developing your clinical skills or an independently licensed therapist seeking a flexible opportunity, Elevate provides administrative support and access to clinical leadership so you can focus primarily on client care.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy to an adult outpatient population, targeting approximately 15 billable clinical hours per week
- Conduct clinical intakes, assessments, and ongoing psychotherapy within your scope of practice
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
- Complete required clinical documentation within Elevate’s 24-hour documentation standard
- Assess clinical risk, develop safety plans as appropriate, and follow established crisis and escalation procedures
- Coordinate care with other providers when clinically appropriate and authorized
- Participate in periodic clinical consultation, case review, training, and team meetings
Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related behavioral health field.
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted license to practice in the state of Maryland. Both provisionally licensed (LGPC) and fully independent status (LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT) are welcome to apply.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year or more of post-graduate clinical counseling experience or equivalent supervised internship experience.
- Preferred Experience: 2+ years of post-graduate experience and a demonstrated ability to practice with increasing independence.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfort or experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and secure telehealth platforms.
Compensation
- LGPC: $40-$50 per completed billable clinical encounter
- LCPC / LCSW-C / LMFT: $50–$60 per completed billable clinical encounter
