Job Title: Private Practice Remote Therapist- Part Time

Location: Baltimore, MD (Fully Remote) Job Type: Part-Time / Flexible Contractor (1099) Compensation: Fee-for-Service Split (60% up to 70% upon full licensure)

Your Role

• Provide compassionate, high-quality individual, group, or family therapy to a diverse clientele.
• Develop and implement intentional treatment plans aligned with your clinical orientation (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.).
• Maintain timely, professional clinical documentation within 72 hours of session.
• Build and manage a flexible caseload of at least 10 clients per week.

• An active Maryland license as a Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC).
• The ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor while maintaining high clinical standards.
• A professional who carries (or is ready to obtain) their own malpractice/professional liability insurance.
