Part-Time* Mental Health Therapist (AMFT/ACSW)

AMFT / ACSW at INSIGHT Children & Family Therapy Center

We are expanding our team and looking for passionate, motivated Associate Therapists (AMFT or ACSW) who are eager to grow, learn, and develop their clinical skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

This position is ideal for newer associates who are looking for mentorship, hands-on experience, and the opportunity to learn from seasoned Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists and Licensed Clinical Social Workers who are passionate about helping clinicians grow both personally and professionally.

This is NOT an ideal fit for someone currently looking to add on another existing private practice position. We are looking for clinicians who truly want to invest in learning, building their clinical skills, and becoming part of a supportive and collaborative team-oriented culture.

Schedule & Flexibility:

• Flexible schedule
• Ideal for clinicians wanting to work 2–3 days per week
• In-person availability required
• Afternoon, evening, or weekend availability is a plus

Pay: $3,300.00 - $5,500.00 per month
