Part Time LPC / LMFT / LCSW

Job Summary

Clarity Counseling Services LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated fully licensed mental health counselor (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing counseling support to individuals and couples experiencing mental health challenges. This fee-for-service position involves working with clients in an outpatient level of care. Qualified candidates will have a client-focused, integrative, and positive approach towards care, and self-motivation to work independently. This is a W2 employment opportunity.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Possess a Master’s Degree in the field of counseling, family therapy, mental health, social work, psychology, etc.
• Active unrestricted license in the state of Pennsylvania (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
• Availability for at least 10 hours per week, split between a minimum of 2 days, with 1 day in person.
• Clinical experience with individuals, couples and/or families. Age and other populations can be explored during interview process.
• Clinical experience with evidenced-based and trauma-informed care is required. Training in EMDR is strongly preferred.
• Clinical experience/interest in working with couples is strongly preferred.
• Ability to consistently complete and maintain clinical documentation and scheduling follow up sessions with clients
• Experience with telehealth modality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create and implement treatment plans
• Knowledge of ethical standards and confidentiality laws

Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
