Part Time Licensed Professional Counselor LPC or LLPC

Growing Together Therapy is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated LPC or LLPC to join our growing private practice in Auburn Hills. This position is ideal for a clinician who values connection, collaboration, creativity, and trauma-informed care and would like to gradually build a part-time caseload in a supportive practice environment.

Growing Together Therapy provides individualized mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our clinicians use evidence-based and developmentally appropriate approaches while creating a welcoming space where clients feel seen, safe, and supported.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to clients
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentation
• Maintain timely and professional communication with clients and caregivers
• Collaborate with parents, schools, medical providers, and other professionals when clinically appropriate and properly authorized
• Maintain professional boundaries and follow ethical, legal, and confidentiality requirements
• Participate in consultation and team communication
• Maintain an organized schedule and communicate promptly regarding availability or scheduling concerns

Qualifications

• Current Michigan LPC or LLPC license in good standing
• Master’s degree in counseling or a related field
• Professional liability insurance
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while remaining connected to the practice team
• Commitment to ethical, trauma-informed, and client-centered care
• Willingness to offer some afternoon or evening availability

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
