Part Time - Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Stillpoint Family Counseling Services is looking for a part-time LMFT who wants the flexibility of private practice without having to manage the administrative side alone.

Whether you're newly licensed and looking for a supportive place to grow, or an experienced clinician looking for more flexibility, Stillpoint offers a collaborative environment where you can focus on what you do best: helping clients.

• Administrative & Billing Support Streamlined systems (SimplePractice) to make documentation, file storage, billing, and scheduling as smooth as possible—so you can focus on your clients, not the paperwork.

Compensation

• Starting at $70/hour

Who we treat

Our clients include children, teens, adults, couples, and families presenting with concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, family conflict, life transitions, and stress.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy
• Conduct clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with team members as needed
• Uphold ethical and legal standards of care

Qualifications

• Active California LMFT license in good standing
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and a commitment to ongoing clinical growth
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
