Part-Time / Fractional Clinical Director (LCSW) – Mental Health Agency

Minds in Bloom LLC is a growing behavioral health agency in New Jersey dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate mental health services. We are seeking a highly qualified, New Jersey-licensed Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team as a fractional Clinical Director.This is a part-time, non-traditional role (approximately 5–10 hours per month initially) perfect for an experienced clinician looking to provide high-level administrative oversight, compliance guidance, and clinical supervision without carrying an active caseload.Key Responsibilities

• Medicaid Enrollment Support: Act as the licensed Clinical Director of record to facilitate the agency's upcoming enrollment and credentialing with New Jersey FamilyCare (Medicaid).
• Clinical Oversight: Provide high-level clinical guidance, quality assurance, and program oversight for the agency's behavioral health services.
• Staff Supervision: Conduct required monthly clinical supervision specifically for our pre-licensed Licensed Social Workers (LSWs) and Behavioral Assistants (BAs) to ensure compliance with state regulations. (Note: Existing independent LPC/LCSW staff operate autonomously and do not require your clinical intervention).
• Policy Review: Periodically review and sign off on clinical documentation frameworks, treatment plans, and agency policies as required by state licensing boards.

Required Qualifications & Requirements

• Active NJ LCSW License: Must be in good standing with the New Jersey State Board of Social Work Examiners.
• Experience Requirement: Minimum of 3+ years of active, post-LCSW independent practice (required by NJ state regulations for agency oversight and supervision).
• Supervision Credentials: Must have completed the mandatory, board-approved 20-credit post-graduate clinical supervision coursework.
• Professional Liability Insurance: Must maintain an active, personal malpractice/professional liability insurance policy (minimum $1M/$3M limits). All working agency contractors maintain their own individual policies as well.
• Medicaid Eligibility: Must be clear of any state or federal exclusions and eligible to enroll as a provider under the agency's Medicaid umbrella.

Pay: $65.00 - $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week
