About the Role
Grandview Foundation is seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Therapist (AMFT, ACSW, or APCC) to join our clinical team. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and supervision in a supportive, collaborative environment.
You’ll provide weekly individual therapy sessions and facilitate a weekly process group for our clients. Most sessions are held in person at our Pasadena location, with some virtual flexibility available.
Our Clients
We primarily serve the Medi-Cal population, including individuals who have experienced significant trauma. An interest or background in trauma-informed care, somatic therapies, or related approaches is highly valued.

Requirements
- Active registration (or pending number) with the California BBS as an AMFT, ACSW, or APCC
- Commitment to providing trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
- Availability for in-person work in Pasadena
