Part-Time Associate Therapist (AMFT / ACSW / APCC) — Mental Health Residential

Part-time · Wednesdays & Thursdays, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM · $27.00–$32.00/hour, based on experience

One Path Mental Health is a licensed six-bed residential mental health program in Cardiff (Encinitas), San Diego County. We're a small, close clinical team serving adults in a home-like setting — real clinical work, low caseload, no factory feel.

What you'll do

• Facilitate 1–2 psychotherapy and psychoeducation groups per shift (process, DBT/CBT skills, relapse-prevention themes)
• Carry a small individual caseload (2–3 clients seen on your days)
• Document groups and sessions same-day in our EHR (Sunwave)
• Collaborate with the Program Director, case manager, and medical provider on treatment planning

What you need

• Current BBS registration in good standing (AMFT, ACSW, or APCC)
• Comfort running groups independently
• Reliable Wednesday/Thursday availability, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
• Ability to pass a DOJ/FBI Live Scan background clearance and TB screening (required for licensed residential facilities)

Schedule: Wednesday and Thursday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (16 hours/week, 30-minute unpaid meal period)
