Part-Time Associate or Licensed Therapist
About the role
Part-Time Associate or Licensed Therapist (AMFT, APCC, ACSW, LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)
Calm Therapy Center, Individual and Family Therapy Inc.
Calm Therapy Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Part-Time Associate or Licensed Therapist to join our growing group practice.
We are an insurance-based private practice committed to making quality mental health care accessible while providing our clinicians with the support and infrastructure of an established group practice. Because we work with multiple insurance plans and have an established referral network, we are able to offer clinicians a steady stream of referrals without the pressure of having to market and build a private-pay caseload on their own.
We are especially interested in clinicians with evening availability and experience working with substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns. EMDR training or experience with trauma-focused treatment is a plus.

- $20/hour for required non-clinical hours
- Additional private-pay compensation opportunities

Why Join Calm Therapy Center?
One of the challenges of private practice is maintaining a consistent caseload. At Calm Therapy Center, clinicians benefit from an established insurance-based referral network and ongoing practice marketing designed to support a steady flow of new clients.
Our clinicians can focus primarily on providing therapy while our practice handles much of the business infrastructure behind the scenes.
We provide:
- A steady stream of referrals
- Insurance billing and claims management
- Insurance credentialing and payer enrollment support
- Administrative and scheduling support
- EHR and practice systems
- Clinical supervision for associates at no cost
- Ongoing clinical consultation and collaborative support
- Office and/or telehealth infrastructure
- Continuing education/professional development stipend
- 401(k) eligibility and employer match, subject to plan requirements
- Paid sick leave in accordance with practice policy and applicable law
- Opportunities for professional growth and advancement
- A pathway for associates who wish to remain with the practice following independent licensure
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is compassionate, clinically thoughtful, reliable, and comfortable working independently while also valuing the support of a collaborative group practice.
Candidates should value high-quality client care, timely documentation, professional communication, and continuity of care.
Evening availability is important for this position.
This may be an especially good fit for a clinician who enjoys the clinical independence and flexibility of private practice but does not want the responsibility of independently managing insurance billing, credentialing, marketing, and ongoing client acquisition.
