About the role
Hello! We are a small, growing therapy practice in Colorado Springs focused on providing thoughtful, ethical mental health care to children, adolescents, adults, and families.
We are an in-person clinic with some remote work and no in-home sessions. Your time is spent doing therapy, not driving or juggling logistics.
What Makes Us Different
We specialize in animal-assisted therapy, giving clinicians the opportunity to integrate therapy animals (including chinchillas, reptiles, and sugar gliders) into their work. No prior animal-assisted experience is required. We provide paid training and support.
Our clinic is stocked with creative and experiential therapy tools (art supplies, sand tray, dollhouse materials), and we encourage therapists to practice in ways that feel authentic to them.
We use therapist-friendly systems, including streamlined documentation with templates and a mobile app, to reduce administrative burden.
What the Role Looks Like
- Provide individual therapy, family therapy, and optional group therapy if interested
- Maintain reasonable, sustainable caseload expectations
- Complete documentation using clear, efficient systems
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team when needed
Who We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Licensed or license-eligible (LPC, LPCC, LMFT, LSW, LCSW)
- Comfortable working in an in-person setting
- Interested in ethical, relationship-centered therapy with children, teens, adults and sometimes families
Experience with groups, children, or specialized populations is welcome but not required.
Pay & Benefits
