Outpatient Therapist (LP, LLP, LMSW, LPC or LMFT)

Applicants with current MI licensure from an accredited Master's level program in Social Work, Psychology or Professional Counseling with 2 or more years of experience are preferred. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working within a Christian counseling practice with fellow providers who share a similar faith-minded worldview.

Headwaters therapists will benefit from a supportive team of colleagues with a broad range of training, expertise and consultation. Therapists are free to focus on offering high quality clinical care to their clients, while the practice takes care of administration, paneling, billing and referrals. Our team is closely knit and supportive of one another. Our clinic is located in the heart of Zeeland at the historic Colonial Clock Building. With an industrial vibe, offices are very well appointed, with exposed brick and beam, hard wood floors and large windows for in person or Telehealth sessions.

Our new therapists are able to build a full caseload within 4-6 weeks on average. We are in particular need for therapists with experience with:

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
