The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic support to individuals , families, and couples. Full time opportunities available. Full time clinicians will have a weekly capacity for about 25 clients and be providing top notch, caring, client mental healthcare

This is an hourly, fee for service position with a well-above-agency pay rate, paid no shows, paid time off, paid sick time, employer-contributed healthcare, yearly bonus potential, and weekly supervision for LMHC track clinicians.

Requirements

• Master's degree
• Pre-licensed, post master's clinicians working towards LMHC
• Valid license: LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, in MASSACHUSETTS or working towards LMHC licensure.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
• Experience in conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing clinical treatment plans.
• Understanding of ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation of diagnoses.
• In person sessions, minimal Telehealth.
• 24 hour deadline for notes.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
