Summer Bell Counseling is seeking an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our established and respected private practice in Owensboro, Kentucky. Preferred Licensure

We are especially interested in independently licensed clinicians, including:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

We will also consider qualified candidates currently licensed as a:

• Certified Social Worker (CSW)
• Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA)

Position Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy to an assigned caseload
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required clinical documentation
• Develop individualized treatment approaches based on client needs
• Maintain professional and ethical standards
• Collaborate with families, providers, schools, and community supports when clinically appropriate
• Participate in consultation and team collaboration
• Maintain timely documentation and professional communication

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
• Current Kentucky license or eligibility to practice in Kentucky
• LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT preferred
• CSW and LPCA candidates will be considered
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timeframes
