Are you a licensed therapist ready to take your next step toward more flexibility, autonomy, and fulfillment in your work? Collaborative Counseling is expanding our Eau Claire team and looking for compassionate, motivated clinicians to join our thriving private practice.
We are seeking independent contractors (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD, or PhD) who want to work in an outpatient therapy setting, seeing 15 or more clients per week. This opportunity is ideal for self-driven professionals who value connection, high-quality care, and the balance that private practice can bring.

What We’re Looking For
- Licensed as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD, or PhD in Wisconsin
- Eligible or currently credentialed with insurance panels
- Experience in outpatient or private practice settings preferred
- Ethical, motivated, and organized
- Availability to see 15+ clients per week
