NY- Opening for a LCSW/LMSW

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to integrate mental health services with medical care.
• Assist the attending psychiatrist, nurse practitioner or physician assistant with case management.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in electronic medical records.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid license as a LCSW or LMSW in the state of practice.
• Experience in mental health counseling and therapy.
• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems.
