Overview

Honor Behavioral Health and its affiliate programs 12 And Beyond are soon to be expanding, providing necessary care and compassion to the communities struggling most. We are seeking an experienced licensed clinical supervisor to support the development and oversight of a behavioral health treatment program in Missouri . We are currently looking for a clinician to lead our clinical team.

This role will play a key part in helping our organization stay up to speed with state licensing, credentialing, and regulatory compliance, also providing opportunity for overseeing clinical supervision for staff as required once fully operational. The ideal candidate brings both strong clinical credentials and hands-on experience with program startup, licensing applications, and multi-state operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support state licensing and facility applications across multiple jurisdictions
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations, accreditation standards and payer requirements
  • Support credentialing and payer enrollment processes
  • Advise leadership on regulatory strategy and expansion into new states

Qualifications:

  • Active, independent clinical license (LCSW strongly preferred)
  • Meets state-specific supervision requirements
  • Experience with behavioral health program licensing and startup
  • Familiarity with mental health and/or substance use disorder (SUD) treatment settings
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and clinical compliance

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working across multiple states or jurisdictions
  • Involvement with accreditation processes (Joint Commission, CARF, etc.)
  • Experience with Medicaid and commercial payer credentialing

Role Scope:

This position may expand into an ongoing clinical supervision and oversight position as programs in other states become operational.

This is an opportunity to play a foundational role in building and scaling high-quality behavioral health services across multiple states.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
