Position Overview
We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated mental health therapists at both independently licensed and supervised-license levels to join our growing team.
We welcome LISWs, LSWs, LPCCs, LPCs, LMFTs, psychologists, and other qualified behavioral health professionals. Clinical supervision is available for LSWs and LPCs working toward independent licensure.
We are particularly interested in clinicians who have experience or an interest in developing expertise in high-demand areas, including:
- EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
- DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)
- Couples and relationship therapy, including Gottman Method training
- Autism and neurodiversity-focused therapy
- Trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other common behavioral health concerns
Specialty training is preferred but not required for all applicants.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy based on licensure, competency, and training
- Complete clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based and client-centered interventions
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
- Coordinate care with other providers when appropriate
- Participate in clinical supervision, case consultation, and team meetings as applicable
- Maintain professional and ethical standards consistent with Ohio licensure requirements
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
- Current or eligible Ohio behavioral health license, including LISW, LSW, LPCC, LPC, LMFT, psychologist, or equivalent
- LSWs and LPCs are encouraged to apply; clinical supervision is available
- Specialized training or experience in EMDR, DBT, Gottman Method, autism/neurodiversity, trauma, or another specialty is a plus
- Strong communication, clinical documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently within the scope of licensure while also collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to providing compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based care

Pay: $35.00 - $80.00 per hour
