Job Overview

Empowered Through Counseling, LLC is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our outpatient private practice in Troy, Missouri. This is a W-2 employee position with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to build a caseload that fits your availability.

We provide full administrative support, including reception, credentialing, billing, and scheduling, allowing you to focus primarily on clinical care. We are seeking a compassionate clinician who values quality client care and a supportive, collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy to clients
• Provide therapy services based on clinical experiences, client needs and areas of interest
• Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation
• Review and update treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with colleagues and other providers when needed

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling or a related field
• Current, unrestricted Missouri LPC license
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with children, adolescents, and/or couples is a plus but not required.
