About the Opportunity

Transformations Mental Health is growing, and we're looking for a driven, motivated therapist who is passionate about doing great therapy and wants to be part of a professional, established practice.

We welcome LMFTs, LPC-MHs, and graduate-level/pre-licensed clinicians working toward professional licensure.Clinical supervision is provided for qualifying clinicians working toward licensure.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants the freedom and flexibility of private practice without having to build and manage a practice on their own.

Who We're Looking For

The right clinician for TMH is someone who:

• Is licensed as an LMFT or LPC-MH, or has completed the appropriate graduate-level education and is working toward professional licensure
• Is driven, dependable, professional, and self-motivated
• Genuinely enjoys the work that happens in the therapy room
• Is comfortable working with a diverse client population
• Has a particular interest in working with children and adolescents
• Is also open to working with adults and other populations
• Values trauma-informed care
• Has EMDR training or an interest in developing EMDR skills
• Is open to incorporating Christian faith into counseling when requested by the client, while welcoming and respecting clients of all backgrounds, beliefs, and perspectives
• Values feedback, consultation, continued learning, and professional growth
• Is willing to build and maintain an average caseload of at least 20 client sessions per week
• Is open to offering evening appointments 1–2 nights per week, preferred

The Freedom of Private Practice Without Building It Alone

As a 1099 clinician at TMH, you have the flexibility to create your own schedule and develop your caseload while having the infrastructure of an established practice behind you.

We take care of the business side so you can focus on being a therapist.

TMH Provides:

• Scheduling and administrative support
• A beautiful, furnished private office in our newly renovated building just off Main Street in Spearfish
• In-person and telehealth capabilities
• Clinical supervision for qualifying clinicians working toward licensure
• Established practice systems and infrastructure
• Flexibility to create your own schedule

Compensation & Caseload

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with compensation based on services provided.

Estimated annual earning potential: $70,000–$110,000+, depending on caseload, services provided, attendance, and payer mix.

Clinicians are expected to build and maintain an average caseload of at least 20 client sessions per week. TMH provides established referral sources and client referrals to help clinicians develop and maintain their caseload.

You have the flexibility to create your own schedule, with availability for 1–2 evenings per week preferred.
