Application instructions at the end of the post.
Are you a warm, curious, and compassionate therapist who wants to make a meaningful difference? Do you already love EMDR or feel drawn to becoming EMDR trained? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our team.
At Rising Tide Mental Wellness, we care deeply about the people we serve but we care just as much about the therapists who serve them. We believe you deserve a place where you feel supported, encouraged, and able to grow. When clinicians are given room to learn, explore new skills, and feel genuinely valued, the care they provide becomes even more powerful.
If you’re looking for a practice where your voice matters, your passions are encouraged, and your work is appreciated, we’d love to meet you.
About Us
We’re a newer, growing practice with a lot of energy and heart. Our focus is on providing thoughtful, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care with a special love for EMDR and helping clients heal at a deeper level.
Because our practice is growing, we’re in a season of building and learning together. That means more collaboration, more ideas, and more opportunities for you to shape your clinical identity. We’re committed to giving you the support, mentorship, and training you need to feel confident and grounded in your work. When our therapists feel cared for, they can offer clients their very best—and that’s what we’re all about.
Our Vision
At Rising Tide Mental Wellness, we want therapy to be a place where people feel safe, seen, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges. We help clients reconnect with themselves, find their strengths, and build lives filled with meaning and resilience.
We do that by taking great care of our clinicians. We believe great therapy happens when the fit is right on both sides. We tailor our clinicians to our clients, and our clients to our clinicians, creating caseloads that feel aligned, sustainable, and clinically meaningful.
Our Core Values
Compassion: We approach every client—and every clinician—with genuine care, empathy, and respect.Growth: We encourage continuous learning and are especially excited to support clinicians pursuing EMDR training.Collaboration: We believe healing happens best in community, and we love working together.Excellence: We value evidence-based care, curiosity, and ongoing professional development.Integrity: We strive to do what’s right, even when it’s hard.Inclusivity: We honor the unique identities, experiences, and stories of everyone who walks through our doors.

Ready to Join Us?
If you’re a therapist who’s passionate about EMDR or truly excited to begin that journey, we’d love to hear from you. We’re building something meaningful here, and we’d love to have you be a part of it.
For first steps and to help us understand a little bit more about you initially, we’d love for you to complete a short personality test. Here’s the link: https://www.123test.com/personality-test/
Once you’ve finished, you can either email a screenshot of your results, or send the link directly to [email protected]
Please also include a short cover letter with your application. In it, share your therapeutic style, your preferred schedule and weekly availability, and one area you’re currently growing in as a clinician. Applications missing these elements won’t move forward.
Based on your cover letter and personality test results, we may want to set up a brief 10–15 minute phone screening to talk through the role and get to know you a bit. When you email us, please also include your availability over the next few business days so we can find a time that works well for everyone.
