We're currently expanding our team to welcome a therapist who can support clients with a range of concerns in a collaborative, supportive setting.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a licensed mental health therapist to join our team as a 1099 contractor. This is a flexible position ideal for clinicians looking to build or maintain a private caseload without the overhead of running their own practice. You’ll have access to a private, fully furnished office and administrative support, while benefiting from an established referral stream and professional visibility.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide individual, couples, or family therapy (ages and specialties based on your interests)

Maintain accurate clinical documentation in TherapyNotes

Uphold ethical and professional standards in independent clinical practice

Qualifications:

Active Michigan license as LLMSW, LPC, LMFT, or LLP

Minimum 1-year post-grad clinical experience preferred

Malpractice liability insurance (required for 1099)

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative culture

Interest in trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or relationship work preferred
