Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist who is either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Licensed Psychologist to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive mental health services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, fostering resilience and well-being through evidence-based practices. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex emotional and behavioral challenges, promoting healthier relationships and improved mental health outcomes. • Competitive, Transparent Compensation: Fully Licensed LMFT and/or LP: $55.00 – $70.00 per clinical hour

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual needs, utilizing diagnostic evaluation techniques and clinical documentation standards.
• Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating behavioral therapy, psychotherapy, trauma-specific interventions, and applied behavior analysis as appropriate.
• Provide individual, group, couples, and family counseling sessions focused on child & family counseling, marriage & family therapy, and youth therapy.
• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to clients from diverse cultural backgrounds to ensure culturally competent care.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance by accurately documenting medical records, clinical notes, and progress reports in accordance with legal and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with case management teams to coordinate care plans and monitor patient progress over time.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in behavioral health, medical terminology, and treatment techniques.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Psychologist in good standing.
• Proven experience delivering behavioral health services within a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy, psychotherapy, trauma-specific interventions, and diagnostic evaluation methods.
• Familiarity with medical documentation practices, HIPAA regulations, and medical terminology related to mental health care.
• Excellent skills in patient care, assessment, treatment planning, and case management across diverse populations.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from various cultural backgrounds while demonstrating sensitivity and professionalism.
• Effective communication skills for individual and group counseling sessions as well as interdisciplinary collaboration.

Pay: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour
